ATLAS Clarus Colour ID

Explore a colour’s identity in depth

Pick a pixel from an image or enter RGB/HEX to bind its observed 8-bit sRGB value to an ATLAS reference. The primary assignment uses squared RGB distance and a deterministic atlas_row_id tie-break. Lab and ΔE00 support subsequent comparisons; they do not choose the reference.

Colour ID analysis workbench

This standalone ATLAS Clarus Colour Picker Prototype v5.3.3 offers detailed tabs for image picking, region analysis, palettes, heatmaps, traceability, Atlas navigation, gamut and ICC context, production comparison, measured/spectral QC, and approval reporting. The reference identity remains traceable across these views.

Digital profile conversions and screen previews are calculations, not physical measurements, print proofs, or production approvals. Measured QC stays NOT_MEASURED until a real measurement record is imported and evaluated. Without explicit project limits, a measured result receives no automatic pass/fail approval.
